John Carmody
Managing Director Advisory Services
Mr. Carmody joined Atalanta Sosnoff as a Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for the Advisory Services division in 2021 and became Senior Vice President,  Managing Director- Advisory Services in May of 2024.  Previously, he spent the past 12 years as a Regional Vice President for Transamerica and prior to that he spent 9 years as a Vice President of Investments with Merrill Lynch in West Hartford, CT. Mr. Carmody earned his B.A. in Political Science from Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.

DJ Reynolds
Senior Vice President
Donald J. Reynolds (“DJ”)  joined Atalanta Sosnoff as a Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for the Advisory Services division in February of 2022. Previously, DJ spent 21 years as a Regional Vice President for Transamerica. DJ earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and holds Series 7, 63, and 52 licenses.

Jason Stewart, CIMA®
Senior Vice President

Jason Stewart joined Atalanta Sosnoff as a Senior Vice President in the Advisory Services division in October 2025. Jason was most recently a Regional Vice President at Advisors Asset Management. Previously, Jason spent over 10 years at Chartwell Investment Partners (acquired by Raymond James). Prior to that Jason was with Graystone Consulting (a division of Morgan Stanley) and for over 12 years held various roles with the Consulting Group (a division of Smith Barney). Jason earned his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and holds Series 7, 63, 65, and 66 licenses. He earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) from the Wharton School in October 2000.

Evan Cheng
Senior Vice President

Mr. Cheng, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Services, joined Atalanta Sosnoff Capital in January of 2008 as a Client Service Associate.  His responsibilities are focused on all areas of client service for the broker sponsor – wrap business for Atalanta Sosnoff. In 2021, Mr. Cheng assumed an internal sales role within Advisory Services.  He also worked as an equity trader with the Company for several years.  He earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from Union College.
